I am a mom who was born with an extra dose of love in my heart, making this realm difficult to exist in, at first. Once I comprehended my location (the hell realms of forgetfulness within love for each other) where all social systems seemed oriented toward becoming rich at the expense of tender hearts, struggling mothers and children viewed as comodities…

I became a feisty social and environmental change activist committed to raising my three sons into men who knew how to love without conditions, and hold this firmly in every breath. Now you can find me sitting at an altar for up to 8 hours regulary in ceremony (release all suffering from every soul, pain from every heart), doing kriya yoga meditation daily, and teaching earth home construction alongside indigenous and other kinds of people in different cultural realities.

Which led me to this event; bringing messages from an Amazon hummingbird spirit (see blog for details and video at the end of story)

Love's recipe
for healing extremely difficult negative emotional energy
such as anger, hatred, irritation, annoyance, doubts, fears and all other sorrows of the heart.

It works best on the very sensitive, and there are other practices required to make this healing “hold still” more long term….ie; to become a more permanent condition where you dont have to “do treaments” each time…long explanation having to do with anchoring energy using very high end yogic  seals, kriyas and mudras etc…fyi (http://www.hamsa-yoga.org/)

So this remedy helps to heal the negative magnetic balance inside a divine being. (tuning up the electromagnetic system, like tuning a piano, a violin, a harp…so our energy sings and flows from the heart).

This healing can be  very simple, and it comes
straight from the heart of Love's magic healing garden  (a secret place, in the himalaya…where this knowledge is common)   :

The three easiest methods are:

1) go into the sun with a garden hose near by, with a freind who loves you.

Have them make a light, light spray of water over your head in direct sunlight. This will make a rainbow over your head.

Stay there under the rainbow, holding joy of nature's magic in your heart, until you can feel a light electromagnetic shift at the core of your being.

It will feel like a very gentle, subtle “getting a little stiller” a “more quiet”…in the deepest part of you, your heart center.

Do this 2 times a week, until the condition is cured.

2) Go into a garden or an environment where there are many hummingbirds. (try eucalyptise groves, redwood groves, blooming dogwood groves, etc) Find a seat, or stand in a place where many are flying and singing over your head. Focus your attention on the singing sound. Allow this sound to penetrate your heart until you experience joy.

Stay there, until you can feel, in the core of your being, the deep stilling of an electromagnetic shift, from tension into still. It is very subtle. Do this 2 times a week until you feel cured.

3) Find a natural setting like a garden. Sit where you can hear highly pitched wind chimes being blown by the wind. Focus on
the love inside the wind, that is causing the chiming. Stay here….only come back, if you decide anger, hatred, irritation, annoyance, doubtng, harboring fear, or surrendering to sorrow is more fun. Please remember; perspective is everything, the world is an illusion, and conciousness within love is the only reality.

so, with great love, and more humor than I can bear in a moment of explosive joy…which can indeed be cultivated into a moment now to moment now reality…
